本案有著大面積落地採光和美好的戶外景緻，公領域窗側臨近著公園綠地，是屋主從基地未開始建造前，就在客變期間與設計團隊討論，希望可以提供正要出生的第一個孩子美好的成長空間。然後幾年後當建案落成後，屋主表示家裡又多了一個新成員，於是原本規劃符合一家三口的空間需要重新思考。於是在不影響管線移動的情況下，又要符合一家四口的生活空間，設計團隊重新配置私領域的比例，僅將客變後的隔間牆大部分打除，以及重新設定插座位置。

 

屋主嚮往南半球注重生活的步調和與自然共存，設計團隊將此哲學完美地落實在本案的實作裡，幾個場景的設定，特別是對澳洲生活哲學「悠閒（laid-back）、開放（open）、趣味性（fun）」的詮釋，成為本案的設計核心。玄關入門，右側是公領域，左側在樺木門內則是三間臥房和衛浴空間。公領域的廚具由低調的白色系開放廚房沿伸至中島，與簡約白灰調中島呼應的是帶有樺木和黑色OSB板做門片的電器櫃輕食區。以室內的結構樑做為分界，空調管道與燈具有秩序感，合理的暗示餐廳，閱讀區和客廳各自的空間場域。休閒感的樺木搭配對比的黑色OSB，由平面的黑色地磚的圍繞向上延伸至天花的線條，共同形成框景將視覺聚焦於窗外景緻。公共區域地坪皆使用機能型特殊圖料，光影的變化映照在地面上，不同時段都有自己獨特的樣貌。

 

通過餐廳往客廳移動，在進入客廳前的一方天地，利用樺木設計了書櫃，配合旋轉電視櫃的石材檯面，此機能上也兼具多重作用，電視高低錯落的檯面既可充當兒童遊戲的檯面使用，也可當座位區。悠閒並開放感十足的窗邊閱讀區，恣意隨性。

 

睡眠使用的私領域，材質色系上延伸公領域的休閒感，不同的是天花在線條上以弧型的設計搭配間接照明，讓空間柔化並且充分可以得到充分的放鬆。

The home owners yearned for the lifestyle in the southern hemisphere and interior design coexists with nature. Hence the design team implemented this philosophy in the practice of this case. The setting of several scenes, especially the Australian life philosophy "laid-back, open and fun” have become the core of the design of this case. Entering the apartment, the public area was on the right, whilst the three bedrooms and bathrooms were on the left hidden behind the plywood veneer panels. Each space shared the same design materials in different proportion, such as warm plywood veneer in contrast with the black OSB textured panels. Those materials together with stones and black metals created a sense of order and harmony.

 

Referring the structural beams as the boundary, the air-conditioning services and light fittings created a sense of order and harmony, which reasonably differentiate the dining room, reading corner and living room respectively. Moreover the relaxed plywood veneer paired with the contrasting black OSB board, together with the black floor tiles boarder formed a framed view that intended to draw the attention to the outdoor nature. The floor finishes of the public areas were made of seamless materials, and the changes of nature light and shadow created pattern on the ground, which had its own unique appearance at different times.

 

Moving through the dining room to the living room, there was a reading corner just before entering the living room, a plywood bookcase was designed to hold children books , whiles the adjacent TV cabinet with multiple heights could be used as seating or kids play surface.

Stepping into the sleeping area, the material and color palate extended the sense of leisure of the plywood and mineral wall covering. The only difference was that the ceiling was added with a curve with diffuse lighting, making the bedroom soft and fully relaxing.
